Should you decide to apply to be a tenant in a property through Global Realty, the followings are payable:
Referencing fee:
£36 including vat per tenant and per guarantor
Tenancy Agreement fee:
£108 including vat per tenant and per guarantor per annum
Reservation fee:
Equivalent to 2 weeks proposed rent set off as part of the first month rent. This fee is refundable only if a landlord did not accept the offer as set on the offer and reservation form and signed by the applicant. The fee is non-refundable if the applicant regret after been accepted by the landlord and or will fail a credit check and will not be able to provide a suitable alternative to relax the landlord and or agent, like a UK guarantor who is a property owner and or a payment in advance as per the request of the landlord and or agent. Any false, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant maybe considered a breach and which will allow the landlord and or agent to forfeit the reservation fee and to reject the application.
Inventory fee:
